Founded in Hershey, Pennsylvania, IDENT Agency is a hometown boutique marketing agency that helps small businesses grow through strategic marketing solutions. We don't believe that you need a big budget to make a big impact, telling creative stories to your customers is the name of our game.
Our "Flame"
We like to think of brand-customer relationships like a campfire. Businesses and their customers have wonderful stories to share, we just provide the flame (and of course the s'mores) to create opportunities for those stories to be told.
We believe that small businesses are excellently positioned to tell their story and provide value to those close to home in their communities. Customers respond best to authenticity. Our job is to learn your story, dig deep into who your customers are, and develop creative strategies to form long-lasting relationships.
